I am delighted to invite you to a motivating inspirational talk titled "Top of the World: Fitness, Perseverance, and Insights from Everest's Oldest Indian Woman ICON", scheduled for 27th August 2024, at 4:30 PM via Zoom.

Our inspiring speaker Ms. Sangeeta S Bahl, will share her incredible journey of climbing Mt. Everest at 53 years and how the 3 Ps of Passion, Preparation and Perseverance can help you achieve any feat, regardless of age. As one of the oldest Everest climbers, she embodies the spirit of determination and innate willpower that transcends all barriers. Her motto of "I can, and I will" has taken her to unimaginable heights both in the personal life and in the mountains.

Additionally, she will highlight the significance of physical and mental fitness for women and emphasize the importance of making it a priority in our lives. This session promises to be highly motivational, encouraging us all to pursue our goals with unwavering focus and resilience.
