The Odisha State Commission for Women (OSCW) and FICCI Ladies Organization, Bhubaneswar are conducting an awareness training session for Members of Internal Complaint (ICC) in the Industrial Sector under the Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013. The objectives of the program include creating awareness about preventing and prohibiting sexual harassment, providing training on the constitution and functions of ICC, and establishing a complaint redressal mechanism for aggrieved women at the workplace. The training program aims to invite 100 participants from the ICC of the Industrial Sector and snacks will be served to the participants.
